How far in advance should I make my reservation?

Reservations are secured by deposit on a first come basis. We will accept reservations up to 18 months in advance.

Is there a minimum booking time?

We require a minimum booking time of 3 hours. If your event has special circumstances, please contact us for details and pricing.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

To receive a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel your reservation a minimum of 30 days prior to your SCHEDULED reservation. Cancellation requests received after 30 days will result in a 50% forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling requests should be sent to us as soon as you become aware of the need for a change. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee this based on availability of drivers and other confirmed reservations. After your initial booking (paid deposit), we will allow one reschedule (if available).

How do you handle special requests?

Our goal is to be reasonable and flexible. Special requests are not guaranteed. If your event has special requirements, please reach out to us and we would be more than happy to discuss details and pricing.

Do you require a deposit/Is it refundable?

The person booking the reservation will be required to put a credit card on file in the unlikely event a fee has to be assessed for damages or cleaning. Any fees associated with damages or cleaning will be clearly stated in the reservation agreement. A deposit is required for all reservations. We will refund 100% of all reservation deposits IF we receive your cancellation request at least 30 days prior to your SCHEDULED reservation. If we receive your cancellation request AFTER that, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited.

Do you offer any discounts?

Discounts may be offered based on your reservation (number of hours booked). We will also offer various discounts on our website and social media platforms (instagram, facebook, twitter). One discount per reservation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, Cash app, debit/credit cards and online payments via our website.  Cards will incur a processing fee of 3%. Checks are not accepted.

Is there a tax on services?

Iowa law requires us to charge sales tax on our or services. If sales tax applies to your event, the tax amount will be clearly listed on the invoice. 

Are there any fees associated with my reservation?

Any fees associated with your reservation will be clearly outlined in the reservation agreement. By signing the agreement, you are consenting to all of the terms listed in the agreement and agree to pay any fees associated with your reservation.

Should we tip the driver?

Tipping the driver is not a requirement and is not included in the cost of your reservation. If the driver meets or exceeds your expectations, a tip would be appreciated.

Can I view the bus before reserving?

We would be happy to schedule a time to show you our fleet before you make a reservation. Call, text or email to schedule a time.

Can I request a particular driver?

We will accept driver requests. Based on availability, this is simply a request and not a guarantee.

Are children allowed on your buses?

Children/minors are allowed on the bus but must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This includes reservations for high school events and birthday parties.

Can you smoke/vape on the bus?

Smoking is not allowed on any of our buses but vaping is allowed. If you are a smoker, please do so before you get on the bus or at a scheduled stop. We will assess a $300 fee to the person who booked the reservation if someone violates our smoking policy.

Do you allow conceal and carry?

We do not allow weapons of any kind on our buses.

Do you allow food/drinks on the bus?

Food and drinks are not provided but you may bring your own food and drinks on the bus. The contract will include a cleaning fee that will be the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation. 

Can we bring our own music?

You can bring your own music since our fleet is equipped with bluetooth technology. We can also provide music upon request. If you request we provide the music, there is no additional charge but this request should be made during your booking.

Is an established route required ahead of time?

An established route is not required ahead of time. However, keep in mind the distance between stops and amount of time spent at each stop will impact your reservation experience. We offer a 15 minute buffer time for all reservations.

How do I reach the driver after my event has ended?

The person that was responsible for booking your reservation will have the contact information for the driver. You can also visit our website and click the contact link where a message will be sent to the owners. 

Can I extend my reservation time after the reservation has started?

If there are no reservations after your scheduled end time, you may reserve additional time. Consult with your driver about extending your time PRIOR to the end of your reservation.  (Payment via cash, Venmo or CashApp is due upon request of reservation extension.)

Are there restrooms on the bus?

Two of three buses in our fleet are equipped with a restroom. Our 14 passenger mini bus is not equipped with a restroom.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are properly licensed and insured in all 50 states. Each vehicle in our fleet receives a DOT inspection twice per year. You can also visit https://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/companysnapshot.aspx and check the status of our company filings for insurance and compliance. Our US DOT number is 4141780.

Do I have the option to pick a particular bus for my reservation?

We will take requests for a particular bus in our fleet. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the details and assign the bus to your reservation. If changes need to be made, those changes are subject to availability and the cost of your reservation may change. Any changes made will be agreed upon by us and the person booking the reservation to be considered binding.

Do you allow decorations?

Decorations are allowed but no confetti, glitter or other decorations that require excessive cleaning is permitted. A cleaning fee will be assessed to the person who booked the reservation if this rule is broken.

Do you price match?

Our goal is to provide VIP service and equipment at a fair and competitive price. We will offer discounts from time to time but we will not price match.
